PLEASE READ the 2012 Grant Application Instructions completely before submitting a grant application. Applications are to be submitted electronically to the email address noted in the instructions.
You must use the format outlined in the instructions and on the application. No applications will be accepted if not in the proper format.
An expression of interest or the provision of an application should not be considered a guarantee of funding. All grant requests go through a complete review process before any funding decision is made.
Note: To complete the application from the Word or OpenOffice document, open the file and save it to your computer. Complete the cover sheet and prepare a 500 word summary, and budget spreadsheet and submit by email!
We will let you know that we received the application and if we need any other information. There may not be funding available at the time you submit, and we will let you know that as well.
