PLEASE READ THE GRANT APPLICATION INFORMATION packet thoroughly before submitting a grant application. Applications are to be submitted electronically to the email address noted in the submissions instructions.
It is important that the applicant read thoroughly all of the information contained in the Grant Application packet below.

You must use the format outlined in the application packet. No applications will be accepted if not in the proper format.

An expression of interest or the provision of an application should not be considered a guarantee of funding. All grant requests go through a complete review process before any funding decision is made.

Note: To complete the application from the Word or OpenOffice document, open the file and save it to your computer. Complete the cover sheet and prepare a 500 word summary and submit!
