It is important that you read thoroughly all of the information contained in the application packet. Before submitting an application, you should make sure your circumstances meet the scholarship criteria. Applications are carefully screened. DO NOT apply for scholarships for which you do not qualify. Your application will NOT be considered if you do not qualify.
Please check the criteria for each scholarship. For example, if a scholarship requires a handwritten document, please realize that this means the item must be in your own handwriting.
Unless otherwise noted all scholarships are available to graduating seniors attending any institution of higher education.
Please complete and return five (5) copies of your application. If we don't receive five copies your application will not be considered.
Turn in your completed application to the Community Foundation by March 1. Applications not in the Community Foundation office by March 1 will not be considered.
NOTE: Colon Community Schools and the Jason Gentz Memorial Scholarship applications are due March 31.
