 Today's scholarship recipient highlight is Breayna Delp!
Breayna is a 2022 graduate of Colon High School. At Colon, she played multiple sports including volleyball, basketball, softball, and cheerleading. Breayna attended the Branch Area Careers Center where she was in the Business, Management, Marketing, and Technology (BMMT) program. While in that program, she joined its Business Professionals of America club and was the Vice President of her chapter. She also did on-the-job training (OJT) through the Careers Center at a local salon where she gained experience of what the daily activities would be and what life would look like in the salon setting. Breayna started cosmetology school at Hillsdale Beauty College earlier this month. After becoming a cosmetologist, she plans to attend a university to receive a business degree. Her long-term goal is to some day own her own salon. Congratulations, Breayna! |
