The Branch County Community Foundation is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work up to 25 hours per week in our Coldwater, MI office. This is an hourly position. The pay rate starts at $13 - $20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.


The person in this position responds to phone, email, and visitor inquiries; processes donor gifts and payments to grantees and vendors; works with other staff to maintain records, process complex documents, and compile regular and special reports; provides administrative support in all things operations, including the inventory of supplies; and performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualified candidates will have customer service experience and computer literacy skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. The ideal candidate is able to work with a small team, is detail-oriented and organized, communicates effectively and pleasantly with members of the public to deliver excellent customer service, and has a passion to help a local non-profit grow to continue to support Branch County and Colon!
