The Branch County Community Foundation is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Sam Cary, who will be stepping into the role of Program and Communication Officer.

Sam comes to BCCF with a wealth of experience and a passion for community in many aspects. In Sam’s previous roles she was in both Chicago and Detroit where she held roles in different capacities within customer service and project management. In these roles Sam developed a deep understanding of how to listen, respond, and build meaningful relationships, skills honed through years of working directly with diverse communities and stakeholders. Her customer service experience brings empathy, adaptability, and a people first mindset to everything she does, qualities that are essential to the Program and Communication role.

In her new role as Program and Communication Officer, Sam will leverage her expertise to engage deeply with our community partners. She will be instrumental in coordinating scholarships and grants that align with the Community Foundation’s mission and will also assist with the Community Foundation’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC).

With Sam on board, we are excited to see the positive impact she will have on our programs and initiatives. Her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others aligns perfectly with the values of the Branch County Community Foundation.

Please join us in welcoming Sam to the team! We look forward to her innovative ideas, fresh perspective, and dedicated service as we continue to work towards building a stronger, more vibrant community for all.
